O’Neill Contracting is a family owned and operated transport and civil construction company established in 1980 by Rick O’Neill and Ross O’Neill in Adelaide, South Australia.

Our company has been operating for over 40 years in the Civil and Heavy Haulage Industries.

Rick O’Neill / Director

Rick has over 50 years experience in the construction industry and is a founding partner of O’Neill Contracting Australia. He has managed countless successful projects. His ability to deliver the most effective project outcomes is evident in every aspect of O’Neill Contracting’s outstanding workmanship and on-time project delivery.

Rachell De Pasquale / Chief Operation Officer

Rachell has 15 years experience in the construction industry and oversees the company’s operational program; ensuring systems, structures, policies and procedures are correctly used across all areas of operations.

Ben O’Neill / Operations Manager

Ben has been in the transport industry for 19 years. He is a qualitied heavy vehicle diesel mechanic and runs the transport side of the business.

Jason De Pasquale / Construction Manager

Jason has been in the construction industry for 20 years and oversees the projects from concept to execution. Role includes sales, estimating and scheduling.
